Louisiana Partnerships for Success II
The primary target population for the Louisiana Partnerships for Success II (LaPFS II) project is persons 9-20 years old who are consuming alcohol and experiencing negative second-hand consequences. LaPFS II is based on the premise that changes should be made at the community level, and that over time, these changes lead to measurable impact at the state level. LaPFS II will also target community residents across the lifespan as they can be key contributors to the underage drinking behavior. Further, LaPFS II will target the cultural, social, and institutional systems that perpetuate underage alcohol compensation.
Goals of the LaPFS II
